Narrative written by
It had been three days since the prideland princes had set off on their assignment of tracking a large band of rogues that had been reported to their parents Queen Kiara and King Kovu. Word had it that these rogues had been traveling the savannah for months terrorizing and killing the males of smaller prides, keeping the remaining females to themselves. So upon being spotted on the northern border of the pridelands, it had been decided after much debate that the three brothers would tail the band to find their current base of operations and then report back in regards to what next should be done.
Needless to say, things don't always go according to plan.
Upon finding the location of the band, the brothers to their dismay and disgust realized the horrible condition of most of the lionesses who were being watched under heavy guard. It was only when a loud roar echoed from within the rogue bands camp, and a clearly heated scuffle broke out between a very young lioness and what seemed to be the alpha male of the group that the three brothers seemed to snap back to their senses, dropping to their bellies with baited breath.
Several minutes passed, and then several more before finally the fighting seemed to settle and the blur of the young lionness that had been fighting before, sped off away from the pride, right towards where the three brothers where hiding.
Pulling himself from the ground Koban lifted himself to his feet as the female approached still unaware of her surroundings, clearly in a haze of stress and agitation. Taking a step forward, Koban quickly felt his brothers at his side, the gruff and low voice of Khalza near his ear as he finally caught his first glimpse of what would eventually be known as his future queen.
" She's beautiful..."
"Koban, brother, this is not a good idea."
"We have to help her."
[clarification: The female in the story is the eldest daughter of the tyrant rogue who runs the band (hence why she wasn't just killed off in the fight) and will eventually become Koban's mate. No I haven't designed her yet X3]

Koban looks like a darker colored Simba, Zerax looks like a lighter teenage Kovu, and Khalza looks somewhat like a mix of Scar and Kovu.
