Ooo, yes I am trying the program SAI that alot of people has been talking about. And I gotta say, the outlining tools there are delicious! So, for this picture I used SAI to outline, and used PS for everything else.

What's little Simba doing here? :3

SAI is another art program. Kind of like photoshop, but different. It's great for outlining!
